Dining at La Grande Cure.

Our restaurant is often praised for its gourmet cuisine. There is no ’à la carte’, we surprise our guests  every day with a different menu.

If the menu will have to be adapted because of any special wishes (e.g. because of allergies, diet, preference or believes), don’t hesitate to let us know beforehand. If any changes need to be made on the day itself, a small supplement of € 7,50 p.p. will have to be implemented.

Hotel owner and chef Tim Christensen has a passion for cooking which can be found in all his refined dishes. He cooks with seasonal produce but also lets himself be inspired by other cultures.

He is a partly self-taught chef and surprises his guests again and again with his menus containing ’basic products’

  • Menu 4 courses € 45,- per person  - wine arrangement to accompany your dinner € 28,50 p.p.
  • Menu 6 courses € 62,50 per person  - wine arrangement to accompany your dinner € 41,50 p.p.

The wine list is composed with care and is varied. It contains special and older wines. In addition, we introduce you to a variety of ’new world wines’.
