Dining at La Grande Cure.

Our restaurant is often praised for its gourmet cuisine. There is no ’à la carte’, we surprise our guests  every day with a different menu.

DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION, THE RESTAURANT IS NOW CLOSED AND THIS, UNTIL AT LEAST JUNE 1, 2021.

THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY TO BOOK A WARM MEAL FOR THE EVENING. PREFERABLY IN ADVANCE OR AT THE LATEST ON THE DAY BEFORE NOON. A FAIR MEAL, A DESSERT AND A BOTTLE OF WINE (OR ANOTHER DRINK). PRICE € 65 FOR 2 PERSONS. TO PICK UP IN OUR OWN RESTAURANT, TO BE USED IN THE ROOM OR OUT ON THE TERRACE, WEATHER PERMITTING.

Tim Christensen

Hotel owner and chef Tim Christensen has a passion for cooking which can be found in all his refined dishes. He cooks with seasonal produce but also lets himself be inspired by other cultures.

He is a partly self-taught chef and surprises his guests again and again with his menus containing ’basic products’
